Meet the team

Steve New, having established New Ballerino in 2007, has over 28 years experience working in commercial property in the South East with in depth knowledge of the local area. He acts for both landlords and occupiers in dealing with acquisitions and disposals of office and industrial properties and development and investment opportunities. He is an active member of the 100 Property Club and past Chairman. He is also a member of both the Chertsey and Surrey Chambers of Commerce. Outside of the office, Steve is a family man and over the past few years has completed numerous triathlons and half marathons.

Having joined New Ballerino in 2010, Natalie provides key support to the team, assisting with work on instructions and acquisitions as well as the day to day running of the office. She also manages the internal and external websites. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys travelling, cooking, music and photography.
